Configuring Dial-Up Networking

Open My Computer
Double-click Dial-Up Networking
Right mouse click on IWKS Icon.
    Click on Properties .

Click on Server tab.

Place checks on Enable software compression and TCP/IP
    Click on TCP/IP tab.

Compare settings to image below.

Click on OK tab at bottom of page.
Click on General tab at top of page.

Click on Configure tab at middle of page.

Check phone number should be 652 5588
Click on advanced tab at bottom of page.

Compare settings again.
    Note Extra settings line might be blank.

Click on OK tab at bottom of page.
Click on OK tab at bottom of page.
Click on OK tab at bottom of page.
    We are ready to test connection .
